This young man had rather lost his way and motivation and was struggling at school. He was homeschooled for his final year of GCSEs.
The young man chose not to pursue a course of higher education and instead sought an apprenticeship.

After receiving many years of therapy for developmental delays following birth complications, this boy was almost on a par with his peers and ready to attend mainstream school.
With the support of a Tutor after school the boy was able to keep up with his class across the majority of his subjects.

This young woman was an undergraduate studying at London. Unhappy with her course, she had not engaged in the learning process and was at risk of failing her first year.

The student is an adult woman who relocated from Italy to England. In Italy she worked as a fashion journalist and she decided to return to work, this time in England, writing in English. Unfortunately her level of fluency was nowhere near what was required to be successful and it was hoped that some intensive tuition from a superb Tutor would be able to develop her understanding of grammar, develop a more extensive vocabulary, and help her with creative writing.
A native English speaking Tutor with Received Pronunciation was found. They had impeccable grammar, both written and spoken, an English degree from a top flight University, an EFL qualification and appropriate experience with adult learners.

This was a short term position. The Tutor's role was to maintain the children's education relative to their peers while temporarily in Los Angeles. The boy had exceptional memory skills and this was masking a difficulty with reading and learning.
Working with the tutor exposed the hidden learning deficits and largely resolved them. The boy was accepted to an excellent school in his home city of New York and is thriving.

Unhappy with the falling standards in their preferred school, the Client sought a Tutor to help with homework after school and with developing activities to enhance the girls' learning outside the classroom.
The children did well with their Tutor. Eventually the school took heed of the steps that the parents had taken and addressed their concerns by making some changes that negated the need to retain the Tutoring service.

This family first contacted Tutors International when their children were 6, 4 and 2. The role has evolved with the educational development of the children and their future schooling. The children are bilingual French/English and attend French schools.
After 3 years with a Tutor, the two eldest children were successfully placed in top flight private schools in and around London, and the youngest has now been identified with a learning difference that is receiving appropriate attention.
