The boy was not doing well at school and so the Client sought a Tutor to supplement his learning. Our Tutor discovered what he thought to be an Autistic Spectrum Disorder, later confirmed by our Educational Psychologist.
Once the reason for the boy's difficulty at school was understood we were able to make excellent progress by adjusting materials to fit the boy's learning style until an appropriate school was found for the boy.

This family winter outside the UK and take their children out of school during the period. Between the children, the full range of school subjects is covered. A tutor was needed to continue the boys' education in a fun and location-appropriate style.

Due to delays in securing visas for a move to the US from England, the boys schooling ran into difficulty. In order to be accepted at the top private school in the area they boys needed to be at the same point as their class.
Tutors International supplied a Tutor who began the US school course while the family were still in the UK and then accompanied the family to Florida to ensure smooth integration.

What started as a short term summer appointment supporting this mildly dyslexic boy on vacation in Turkey, soon turned into a full home-schooling role when it became evident to all just how much happier the boy was in the care of a Tutor.
After two years homeschooling, during which the boy's self-confidence and self-esteem has been completely restored, the boy is starting a new school.
This highly able boy had been attending a school in Hong Kong which did not offer anything like the standards required by the top London private schools, where the family were planning to move.

The student is an adult woman who relocated from Italy to England. In Italy she worked as a fashion journalist and she decided to return to work, this time in England, writing in English. Unfortunately her level of fluency was nowhere near what was required to be successful and it was hoped that some intensive tuition from a superb Tutor would be able to develop her understanding of grammar, develop a more extensive vocabulary, and help her with creative writing.
A native English speaking Tutor with Received Pronunciation was found. They had impeccable grammar, both written and spoken, an English degree from a top flight University, an EFL qualification and appropriate experience with adult learners.
This young woman was an undergraduate studying at London. Unhappy with her course, she had not engaged in the learning process and was at risk of failing her first year.
Tutors International found a well qualified Tutor able to support the full range of subjects on the student's undergraduate course and work intensively with her to ensure that she completed her coursework and was fully prepared for her exams.
An undergraduate woman had decided to change her course at University and needed to demonstrate a high standard of Latin in order to be accepted on the new course. Having only studied to GCSE this was a serious challenge.
Tutors International were able to secure the services of a well-qualified teacher who himself had graduated from Oxford with Classics. In an intensive summer course the young woman reached the required standard and was accepted onto her new course.

This family were looking for a full time private tutor to help with a complex transition between schooling in Switzerland and England, and with extended interim periods of homeschooling in the US.
A Tutor familiar with IB was appointed to liaise with the new school and assure that the children were always at the appropriate level so that they would be able to reintegrate into their class at any time.
After receiving many years of therapy for developmental delays following birth complications, this boy was almost on a par with his peers and ready to attend mainstream school.
With the support of a Tutor after school the boy was able to keep up with his class across the majority of his subjects.
